Assist Recruitment was founded in 1987 by a management team with an objective of becoming a recruiter with a difference. The team from a managed service background wanted to create a recruitment business that didn't just provide staffing solutions, but was embedded in their clients infrastructure, creating productive temporary workforce and long term relationships with their clients .

Assist is now one of the UK's largest industrial recruitment companies, working with some of the most recognised brands in the UK. The company has grown from a new start business in 1987 to having a turnover in excess of £45M per annum, employing a team of over 100 staff across the UK, from 30 locations and providing over 3,000 temporary and contract workers daily.
